2024 Winners Circle Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the CareFree Insurance Services, Inc. (CIS) Winners Circle Program, you must be a licensed, contracted and appointed agent, as applicable and required by state law. Program participation is based on the receipt of a written invitation from CIS to participate in this Program. This Program is not on-going, and only new agent enrollments submitted during the qualifying period are eligible. This Program only applies to newly issued (new business, not plan changes) MA and MAPD (including all plan types like SNPs) enrollments made through the CareCompare tool between 10/15/2023 and 12/31/2023 with a 1/1/2024, plan effective date. A true-up will occur after confirmation of all enrollments, disenrollments and cancellations. All agents, brokers, and assistants shall comply with all legal and compliance requirements, including disclosure to customers of all commissions and other payments made to them. The terms and conditions of this Program are subject to change at the sole discretion of CareFree Insurance Services, Inc. without prior notice. Final interpretation of any or all provisions of this Program, and resolution of any disputes arising from this Program is within the sole discretion of CareFree Insurance Services, Inc. and/or its designated representatives. Qualifiers must be in compliance with all company, state, and federal marketing rules and regulations and be in good standing with CIS and its affiliates. Although each qualifying winner is welcome to bring a guest, guest expenses are not included in the program.
